Kernel32.dll!MulDiv+0x120
Seems to be giving my fileserver a great amount of troubles, running abnormally high. Any ideas?

Install and run process explorer from Sysinternals (it's free)
Also take a look at Sysinternals Forums: SVCHost using all of 1 CPU - it may well be your issue
Already got that.. thats how i identidied the culprit dll.
We have reverted back to Service Pack 1. and still no joy.
Is the file server also serving printers?
It's not a DC as well, is it?
Which process did you drill down on to find that stack - was it System?
Are there any other processes using significant CPU time?
svchost.exe or spoolsv.exe maybe?
~ I have CDO. It's like OCD except the letters are in alphabetical order, as they should be. ~
