Replacing OS hard drive - Vista 64

I'm contemplating replacing my old WD Raptors in my system, mainly due to lack of space at the moment - they are both old 74GB models.

I have Vista 64-bit installed on one of the them and the second drive is mainly used for documents, music, pictures, etc.

I would like to be able to replace both with 500GB drives, withouth reinstalling Vista. Is this possible to do? If so, what software will I need?

Yes - clone the OS drive onto the new 500 Gb drive - gives you an operating system and file system. Then partition the free space on the 500Gb drive as you wish. Create file systems on them (format them) and then do a straight copy off the other 74GB drive.
