How to restoe IE6 settings ??

Hi All

Got a slight problem with IE6, When i click on a link to download something i no longer have any control over where it is downloaded too, to defaults to the temporary internet folder. I accidentally clicked on something earlier which as caused this.
How can i restore the default settings?
