    asp? my arse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok guys so i got this problem , i am making this site well actually its made but im now i wanna add an online form so my m8s can fill in theire name and wot they think of the site, but the problem is, im using brinkster, and wen i try to upload the form which is in .asp form it gives mte this eror msg

The improper use of 'on error resume next' was noted. Comment out the 'on error...' directive of the offending file and reupload it.

does anyone know how i can fix this?
(im lookin at you expecially Az, you were a great help last time)

thanks guys, this is for my A2 level ict coursework, help would be great!!

    thanks in advance!

Its a problem with brinkster not asp.

    See http://brinkster.com/Articles/ASP/Ge...ResumeNext.asp

From the link I think you need 'On Error Goto 0 ' to the end of your code

ok i got the file from.asp file uploaded by putting
    on error goto 0
i just stuck this at the top of the page in normal view but now there a different problem wen i click on the link to go to the page it says
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0126'

    Include file not found

    /richardevans/form.asp, line 96

The include file '_fpclass/fpdbform.inc' was not found.

i dont know wot it means by this, i uploaded the global.asa and created a fpdb folderr for the database, can ne1 shed some light on this irritating problem?

that error you're getting just means that the server processing the script cant find you include file, are you sure thats the correct path from the ASP file to the include?

re the on error resume next thingy, try putting the line back in and somewhere do a test for 'if err.number <> 0 then...'
the page mart links to suggests that brinkster allow the use of error trapping, so long as you actually have some code to deal with the errors and dont get things in a mucking fuddle on their servers.

ps frontpage is evil, ASP is good, visual interdev rules
