Java 2 Micro

I'm a student currently out on placement from Uni at the moment, I just had a visit from my placement visitor, who turns out is one of my lecturers for final year. We were talking about his module and I asked him what things will be covered

The module is Mobile Computing and Information security. One of the things it involves is programming in Java 2 Micro edition... i haven't done Java of any form in a year and a half, so i will need to brush up, but i was wondering if any of you lovely people know much about Java 2 Micro, wher ei could learn about it, and books or tutorials you would reccomend?

Not used it in a while thou, things might of moved on a bit, but i can't help but think it must be like putting ones genitalia in a sausage meat grinder, not only very painful, but given the other things you could be doing with it, rather pointless.
