Free Security software to complement KIS

What free security software do people complement their protection with?

I only run KIS 7 at the mo, and honestly my PC seems clean as a whistle as far as infections go. But its always fun to see what othe think in this respect.

Wouldn't want to run another real-time app (except Windows Defender) as have had conflict issues in the past running free real-time AV/Firewall/AM. I think any additions should be on demand only.

Do you trust a good IS suite on its own?

    SuperAntiSpyware anyone?

I only use KIS7 on it's own, but have been known to mess around with Superantispyware, Spyware Terminator and A Squared.

    Spybot Search And Destroy.
    SpywareBlaster.

Both free. Both run when you want, although SpywareBlaster edits your hosts file I think it is to block naughty sites. Both flipping good I think.

I wouldn't really be happy with just a security suite. If that is wrong and I have got malware how do I know? With other apps I can run them as I need them and verify I am clean.
