Hi!
It might be a simple answer or not I'm not sure but here goes.
I have a website on my ISP's server redirected by www.robbiekhan.tk
Now, the full URL is http://homepage.ntlworld.com/robbiekhan
I also have a home business site at www.fixit-4u.net which gives me 3GB of web space and 25GB of bandwidth a month. As I do photography and create large game videos my ISP's allocated 55MB becomes piddly very quick very fast and on my ISP one I have a root directory which I allow users to browse where I keep images/emoticons/screen shots and whatnot
This located at http://homepage.ntlworld.com/robbiekhan/root
What I want to do is move my whole personal website to my fixit-4u web space but be able to use the /root feature if I wanted to.
I have toyed around with cpanel and the only folder security i can see is protection of folders by means of pop up user/pass box but nothing that allows me to say "let people freely browse this folder" but when I set the root folder as in the ntl account all i get is this
http://www.fixit-4u.net/mrk/root
All i get is not authorised to view message and in the root right now i have uploaded a gif image to test.
http://www.fixit-4u.net/mrk for the website works fine however, just not the /root.
I am hosted with http://www.fuitadnet.com if thats important and Ive not made any HT Access changes at all.
Anyone got any ideas on how to get my /root browsable?
cheers!
