I have never done what you are trying to do using soley Access or Frontpage (or anything else) and can only suggest you think about creating a database in Access then writing a few web pages which 'connect' to the database and do whatever you need to do. You will probably get better marks by doing this as it shows a slightly higher level of knowledge and understanding.
Any questions...? ;)

yeah i done that, but with brinkster it doesnt allow the grontpage extenbsions, and wont let me upload the fiels i need ot do that, i got it to work, byt simply just uploading the forsmrslt.txt file and ther form webpage, butit doesnt save the data to the file? ne1 no how to remedy this?

Frontpage extensions need to be installed by the server administrator. It might be an option, have a hunt around the control panel or support desk.
Personally I wouldn't recomment using Frontpage at all but seeing as you've nearly got it going...

nearly, uhh
ok then wot wood be ure recomendation
ure using brinkster, and u neeed a form that can just get theyre name there email adress and theyre comment, and u can use frontoage or dreamweaver,
wot would you do?

I'd open a database connection, read the form data, store it in the database and then display the results. Maybe include a list page of the entries too :)

amen brother!
theres some excellent support on brinkster, heres an article from their knowledge base on how to connect to an Access database -
