Shame this is only for CUDA enabled NVidia GPU's.
My Quadro FX3450 is still sitting here idle

The NV41 GPU that the FX 3450 is based on isn't designed in the same way as modern cards I can't see CUDA ever being developed for it

im doing a big 25000 step one right now 1min 17sec per 1%. This better give me at least 500 points otherwise its a waste of time... could have done 5 normal ones in the time this one takes

Sorted it - was a Rivatuner issue

Got 479 for that wu... not too far off the 500 I expected... so its consistent with the other wu for points...

any1 got the 1000000(1million) point work yet? just got mine , waiting for it to finish though. Says it will take 4hours O.o

edit: turned it off pause when done and it changed to a 25000000 work unit, thats loads right?

edit2: well as i said im getting alot of my cpu processing being taken up id thought id show you guys a screen shot as its got worse.


Idle- bit out of focas, stupid photobucket but its basicly using 60% for the folding and 40% for the viewer.

Load- same as above.

On idle i can do normal things without lag(well some lag but its always there) but on load i cant do anything, the web feels like its on dial up and loading things even the start menu is like using an amd duron 100 or something.
Any ideas?

The normal SMP work unit is 5,000 i think, but you can get 10,000 step units as well. These complete in about the same amount of time and you get the same number of points for them.

I've been getting those recently, I think Stanford are ramping the WUs up a bit now the client's been out a little while.

oh noes... just been folding the past 2 days as anonymous... make sure you check your username/team number once in a while... not sure how it reset itself to anonymous though...
