    Angry stupid probs after bootup screen again!on 2k this time!

    wtf is up with this!i have reformatted llike 7 times and i still get this bootup problem!this time its started on windows 2000pro. this time it flickers to go to the next screen when its got that blue background and a loading thing.but it dont it just goes back to the bootup loading screen and its all loaded in the bar,but it just hangs from there.WHAT IS THE PROBLEM!
