Fat32 really isn't very good for anything but memory cards!

Download a DOS boot disk image! (I had toprepare a DOS boot disk a few weeks ago - it was so long since I had to do that, I found it easier to download an image and bit copy it onto qa floppy!)
Otherwise you can do it with a Linux Live CD with the mkfs command.

from the command prompt
"Format a: /FS:FAT32"
Replace a: with your drive. There is a 32gig limit hardcoded into Vista for formatting FAT32 though. To overcome it you need other programs / tools.
If you can download http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/ind...at32format.htm and use that for anything above 32gig. Nice and easy to use too![]()
