    Dual GPU Folding

Currently I'm folding with one GPU (8800GTS) on a dual core machine with a Crossfire board (P5B). Does anyone know, if I were to upgrade my video card for gaming purposes, could I continue using the old card in the second PCIE slot for folding (in addition to running a folding client on the new GPU)?

    Re: Dual GPU Folding

I doubt it would work... The folding applications are designed to give maximum hassle
Complete waste of power too... I reckon you are better off selling the card...

    Yes you can

Many people on the folding forums are doing this without issue.
