    Install it on two machines at the same time? Nope.
    You can still have it only on one machine at a time, although you can move it machines.

    SO you mean i can install on two, when after actived them do not connect them online at the same time? is that would be fine?

    No. I mean it can only be installed on one system at a time. Period.
    Any other methods will break the EULA.

    No, as above. One licence = one system normally.
    There are corporate licences and what-not, but they are probably not relevant here.

    I never knew that you were not allowed to move the instalation of an OEM from computer to computer. I have done with XP MCE from Dell, to my old computer, which has no internet, called microsoft, they got me to dial in some huge code, and they activated it, no probs

    I always thought that this was fine???, as that machine is now running vista
