    As far as I'm aware Kaspersky make few, if any, distinctions between OEM and retail. Even their OEM licenses allow you to install on up to 3 PCs at any one time.

    That is how I understand it anyway. I've been signed up for msdn subscriptions through various means for the greater part of my system building life so I've never had to use OEM's other than work machines which never get upgraded anyway.
    I know its OEM but Kaspersky excercise different rules.
    I phoned them and asked and thats what they told me fella.
