Does anyone here have any experience with Asset Management or call logging software? I need to find some for my company.. I'm looking at a few demos etc. but just wondered if anyone had any first hand experience or could recommend some?
If there happened to be software that did both in one, even better!

I found one that does all I want in one package, it's called TopDesk. Had an online demo this morning, it looks pretty good actually. Just need to mess about with the demo version and make sure it does all we want.
