    Simple Drawing Software

    For basic line/shape drawing, free'd be nice too altho cheaps not an issue.

    inkscape is good for vector stuff, plus its free...


    i guess ms paint isnt quite complex enough for you?

    Inkscape is very good after you've got used to the slightly clunky interface. I use it for buttons/icons in my software.

    good as Paint.Net is, still lacking decent vector support

    Dia is pretty good, and free. More a tool for creating diagrams than images (although it'll export your diagrams to numerous image formats), if that's what you're looking for.
