I like how you can basically do a text search.

Say you want to find a youtube video you watched and loved (but foolishly forgot to favourite), instead of scrolling through billions of hopelessly obscure video ID's, just type "youtube <keyword>" and it comes up

That part is good, the catch is you MUST do a test search.

    But as opposed to what?

You can still type out your web address manually, and this simply adds the option of showing you other options.

The reason i don't have a problem with the favourites bit is that you can bookmarks sites you use a lot and then when you clear your browsing history they'll still be there for quick access.

I think it's fine myself - it doesn't force you to look at the suggestions does it? I just type in the url in full as I always did.

As opposed to a dictionary search of URLs in your history. I don't want to have to retype http://forums.hexus.net/usercp.php every time when I could just type the first few letters.

Re: Firefox seems to want to use my favourites as "auto complete" urls

I think this is going to be the biggest complaint.

Whilst most girls know guys search for porn, they might not know quite how perverted we really are.

But seriously, never thought of doing all 'that stuff' under a different username? One thats REALLY restricted too
