Anything like Delicious Library for Windows?

    Hi Folks,
I thought I had found the solution to my cataloging needs with Libra. However it seems to have stopped development and I don't really want to stick with a dead end system. Does anyone else have some good solutions?

I just found this at Digg.com:

Sorry, can't post a clickable URL according to the forum rules.
    I hope this helps.
