I use iChat on my Mac at work quite a lot, particularly for video chatting with colleagues abroad. At home, I've just got around to hooking up my webcam to my windows machine, and it seems that Trillian doesn't allow video chats unless you upgrade to the pro version.
So... the only alternative that I can think of right now is to install AIM in order to get the video chatting up and running. However, it looks like it's a load of bloaty poo, so I haven't installed it yet.
Is AIM any good? If not, are there any other free/cheap alternatives out there? Or is Trillian Pro actually worth laying out $25 dollars for?
