    Vista 64 bit..

Why oh effing why, did I decide to install it on my new build?!!?

Please can someone remind me why it is good to have 64 bit. I REALLY dont want to install a fresh os again after my last HDD fail! Have just about now got installed all the software I need. Webcam not working atm, only have 32 bit xp drivers for it.

Surely if you have 64 it will install the driver to the 32bit location?

Regretabbly the 'linux' solution is also the one that seams to be used with 64bit win.

Weigh the pro's n con's. 64bit is a much better OS, the kernel has some really nice security features.

    Re: Vista 64 bit..

Only advantage I see is that bloody "switch between carousel" thing, which to be honest is not even that useful. As for the webcam its quite old, its a 'creative' one. Your right about the sucky support however.
