best AV / FW ???????

using a win xp spk 2 laptop with sygate FW and symantec corporate v10 AV past few years but still manage to get the odd viruses here and there .

what is best firewall / antivrus , not neccessarily combo package.

sygate FW - using at the mo
kaspersky
comondo
avg IS ?? - testing this one at the mo, i think it has AV / FW in one
mc afee
symantec corporate - using AT mo
nortons AV / IS - would not touch these
zone alarm - dont like
claimwin
black ice
tiny personnel firewall?

I personally use NOD32 + Comodo (with Defence+ not installed or disabled, it's very annoying!).

I would say the Eset (NOD32 peeps) Smart Security suite or Kaspersky combined would also work. I had to try Kaspersky AV only on my PC a few weeks ago because of network access issues at Uni and I was told it wasn't compatible with Comodo. So if you use the Kaspersky AV I don't think you'll get it to work with Comodo. So the Kaspersky combined suite would work well.
