Excel Fatal Exception during exiting and saving the spreadsheet

Hi All,

I m getting Excel Exception while exiting and saving the particular spreadsheet.
The above mentioned spreadsheet contains macros.
I m using many spreadsheets but this exception occurs only in one particular spreadsheet.

Can any EXCEL EXPERTS solve my problem ?

I'd run office diagonstics and that should be able to find the problem and fix it for you. You should if your using office 2003 or 2007 find it under Microsoft Office Tools in the start menu within the office folder. Worked for me when excel used to generate the "i've crashed and i'm closing and there's nothing you can do about it" at random intervals multiple times a day.

i dont have an option called office diagonstics in office folder.
can u please make me further clear.
