Ok, so as the credit cruch bites it looks like I'll be looking for work in the new year. As such I'm looking to diversify my skillset a little, and for some reason Lotus Notes skills still seem to be in demand... I'm in the process of downloading the 60 day trial of Notes and Domino from the IBM website (maaaaaaaaan it's slow compared to grabbing game demos!) and amd building up a small army of virtual machines so I can play.
Basically what I'm looking for is any advice from those who have gone before me. I've a chunk of experience with Exchange from 5.5-2003 (I did the reading for 07, but never got involved) and consider myself reasonably skilled in network management, but Notes always seemed to be the redheaded stepchild so I avoided it.
I don't mind paying a reasonable amount for "teach yourself" type books etc but my budget is pretty tight. Any pointers?
And yes, I know. You all hate Notes.
