Can you revert to XP sp2 from SP3?`

As title says, can you? Im beginning to think my cursor jumping loads is todo with sp3 as iirc it never did it when i was on vista or xp sp2. I dont want to reinstall as it would take to much time but is it possible?.

If the mouse cursor jumping every minute(varies) could be caused by something else please say . Its really annoying for playing games and since its a high dpi mouse(cyborg) it makes alot of movement.
