Embedded video + audio stream, save how?

    Hi,

I'm wanting to save an embedded video file that's on the Channel 4 site ( http://www.channel4.com/music/video/...ic-4music.html ), but I don't seem to be able. I have Flashgot and DownloadHelper, but neither will save this. Does anyone know what else might work?

Along the lines of this, the artist in the link has a new radio show on BBC, is there a way to save a BBC audio stream reasonably easily?

    Thanks.

AFAIK there are ways of doing it (though I don't know how specifically) but I don't know how legal they are. The reason they make those streams so hard to save is because they're wrapped up in all sorts of copyright issues...
