I was going to suggest ClamWin, but it doesn't seem to work with 95.
http://www.oldversion.com/ is another good site for older software but I'm not sure the definitions are going to be updated.
Up until last year I still ran one 95 machine purely so I could use a program that was paid for (a lot of cash) and that was still kept updated but would cost a lot more cash to move it to a different platform. Now I run 95 in a VM and the program still works.
Of course, my 95 machine never went online - that'd be asking for a whole world of trouble.
I think you should drop some cash on an upgrade, if money is really tight you could get a second hander off "the bay" for well under £100.
