MIME file

Downloaded a copy of Wolfenstein last night and when I tried to run it got the message that Vista does not support MIME type files. Was pointed in direction of Regcure which apparently after downloading it said only works on 32 bit systems. Where can I get something 64 bit compatible so I can play the game.?

if its a really old game use DOSBox

No its a current game only releaded in summer I believe.
