Best software to sync MP3s with moby at lower bitrate and retain integrated artwork??

I have transferred all my CDs onto my PC via itunes as MP3s at 192kbps bitrate.

I have used the Teridon's itunes script to integrate the artwork into the tags and can transfer my MP3s via Media Player to my moby at the same bitrate with my moby showing the artwork OK.

However I have tried numerous programs to sync at a lower bitrate ie.128kbps with my moby and every one I have tried has removed the artwork when I have done it.

Does anyone know of a program that does this quickly & simply without losing the artwork? (so I can fit more tunes on my phone)
