    vlc buffering

as title suggests, is there a way to get vlc mp (winxp) to buffer what its doing? as a lot of stuff is now coming off of a home server and even with a strong wireless n connection now and again i will get a pause or a skip. i can do it with my wm phone with coreplayer no worries, but i guess that's made to expect a bit of trouble along the way..

    sooooo?

    Re: vlc buffering

that might do it, untried. but is there anything a bit less clunky? something i can just set to cache 25% of whatever i open and it will do that?
