Lightbulb Asus AI Suite - Temp Probs.

Not sure why, but in the past couple of days my installation of Asus AI Suite & Speedfan are reporting overall CPU temps of -113degCish.

This is causing my lovely 'intelligent' Fan Xpert to run the CPU fan at 100% no matter the temp or load. By far and away it is the loudest fan in my system, so it makes a difference.

CPU Core0 is reporting around 40decC under load, and Core1 three degrees lower. Not sure where this -113degC is coming from but its messing up my sleep pattern!

BIOS temps are the same as the Core0+Core1 temps, so I'm not sure where the problem is. I'm using the latest version of AI Suite. (Tried CoreTemp and its giving the same as AI Suite).

    Suggestions greatly appreciated.

(Using the latest versions of everything, BIOS included.)

Quick update, the problem seems to have disapeared. Odd really.

I know I have a good amount of airflow, but does the E8400 really run so cool with the stock cooler? Core0 = 32degC, Core1 = 30degC, 'System' = 35degC, just running a few apps and browsing the web, cores go up around 10degC after a few hours of gaming.

Looks like I might have some decent headroom for overclocking when the time comes.

might do, might need a bios update to read the correct temps offsets
