    Firefox not opening in primary monitor

    As the title say when i load up firefox it opens on my secondary monitor instead of my primary one.

    I make sure i close it on the primary one but it still jumps across.
    It was working fine and until suddenly about 5 mins ago it wasn't. All i had open was steam and thunderbird. I've tried logging of and back on and i'm going to try restarting my pc.

    Edit: Got it working. Right clicked it and saw it said move so i dragged it across like that and it seems to have been fine since.

    I am rather interested how did you get the move function work?
    Tried to use that function since Windows 98 (or was that 2000) and it never worked for me with all combinations of drag/left/right/click.

    I just right clicked on it down the bottom whilst it was windowed and it my mouse jumped to it and i just clicked and drag it across to my main monitor.

    With Firefox (and potentially other apps) if you move it between monitors, maximise it, then close it, it won't remember which monitor it was on. If you make sure it's windowed before closing, it'll remember where it was. Interestingly, having done that once, you can keep it maximised on that same monitor and it'll continue to reopen on that monitor.
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    That'll be why it went to the other window as i had it windowed before shutting it down.

    I had the same problem not long ago, it gave me a right load of grief until trial and error managed to fix the problem.
