    Yeah, ViM requires that you 'unlearn' text editing concepts you've become accustomed to, but it's extremely efficent when you do get used to it.

    both gVim and Vim have X11 mouse integtration. The windows port of gVim should support windows clipboard integration also.

    Notepad ++ works well.
