upload bandwidth limiting.. help

i'll try and keep this short.

i've basically just completely lost my whole media collection and just decided to use Spotify instead, but while it's uploading my internet access just gets crippled cos it takes all of the upload bandwidth, so basically..

are there any programs out there that could limit the amount of bandwidth that Spotify can access, so that my internet can still work at the same time.

if this belongs in networking, i'm sorry. not quite sure.

Netlimiter can do it plus much more, but I think its only free trial

it's working pretty well so far, had a few problems with it running on W7, but that's only cos it's making sure i'm running the correct OS.
