    Macbook Pro P/w reset

    Hello all

My mother has lent out my services to a family who have recently lost a loved one.

Said person had a MacBook Pro & had passworded it. It's the only account on there & they'd like to retrieve the data

I've done some googling, but would appreciate experienced hands giving any tips or 'do/don'ts'.

    Thanks in advance

I've tried this myself a few years back on my brothers Core 2 Duo Macbook Pro with 10.6.8 installed. Worked first try..
