Windose teh 7 taskbar issue

Hey all.

I dunno if its a bug, beta thing or setting somewhere, but if I minimise a fullscreen program I cant get it back again. Example, I will be playing a game like Trackmania or Counter Strike, hit the windows key and return to desktop. When I click on the icon down there to bring it up again... nothing. End result is I have to end the task from task manager. Is bugging the hell outta me, as I like to pop in and out of games for MSN etc.

Anyone get this too? Any insight? Is x64, build 7000, if that makes a difference.

tried alt + tabbing back in? I've tried that and worked for me.

Yep and no joy. Trackmania is an odd one as the program does pop up in a window, flashes for a second like its gonna do it and then nothing. Other stuff like CS:S does absolutly nothing.

Also tried unpinning from the taskbar, right click, not grouping items together and turning off desktop preview. Has done it since day one, so that rules out something I've done atleast... I think

all my games have worked fine in that respect, last night i was playing bioshock while chattin on msn, tabbing between.

Mines now picked up a habbit of locking completely if I leave it idle for 15 mins or so

its probably trying to go into some kind of powersave. mine is still a rock. although i haven't tried trackmania in here as everything game related is being kept in xp for the foreseeable future
