    best cd-r copy prog????

i have been using nero 6 express, and after the first 20 discs it seems to have slowed down in copying speeds??????!!!!v strange.i have heard express is crap anyways,so i tried nero 5 (not sure which one).and it seems to take like 8mins to do a disc.my drive is a ASUS 52x32x52 2mb cache.so it should be v fast.considering nero 6 express did the first 20discs in 2mins. so why the slowdown???i use infiniti 48x discs.SO what is the best cd-r prog to use for speed????????i tried deepburner...and HATED it!l.lol. also easy cd creator any good?????

Were those discs that only took two minutes completely full? I do not have a CD writer of that speed, but with lead in and out times, and the fact that the disc only approaches top speeds at the edges, two minutes seems fast. Others with fast CD writers will know if I am wrong.

I like Alcohol for disc copying and its virtual disc function looks good. As for writing files to a disc, I use Nero 5.

For straight copying, I use Clone CD, it's cheap, it works well. Also heard good things about Alchohol, but have never used it myself. Mostly use Nero 6.0, haven't had any problems with it myself, despite reading about other people having probs.

Mods: are we getting into one of those grey areas here? If so, please edit/delete as you think fit.
