    What application will let me increase the volume level of a WMA audio file ?

    A friend of mine has recorded some notes for me using a .wma file. The only problem is the sound level is soo low I can barely hear it with the PC set to full volume.

    How can I increase it ?

    With a VST host and a VST compresser.
