    Backups

Just got myself a new external drive, 500GB, want to back up my save games, my docs and everything onto it regularly, is there a program that will either weekly, or whatever copy stuff over, that will not be another drain on my resources in the bottom right corner, but is something that i do not need to do myself, i am lazy and wont keep up with it.

...or a Robocopy script that runs as a scheduled task when you want it to happen?

    Re: Backups

    i use syncback

i used to do as you desire, back up to an external hard drive
now i have a WHS box and back up to that instead
    exactly the same process

syncback will also back-up too off-site storage. good for critical stuff.
