    Guest Counter

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but anyway...

If I want to use a counter on my website, where could I get one from?

    Thanks

    Mike

http://www.hotscripts.com/ - if you don't want to make one yourself it's much easier to get one pre-made. Make sure it counts unique visitors as opposed to it counting someone who visits a page.

Word from the wise.. if you want a hit counter to show to yourself how popular your site is, then use web logs rather than a hit counter. Hit counters really are a bit old hat and a bit 1990s to be honest! All they tend to do is show how unpopular your site is more than anything. If you look at any web site with a hit counter, it tends to show in the 100s rather than much higher.
