Question Win98 1st edition Limiting Access?

Hi, i am new to the forum and have a question for u clever peeps, I have given my mum a pc with win98 1st edition installed on it, the only problem is the kids always get their mits onto it and a 3yr old can press escape at the enter pass prompt, i have tried screen saver passe's etc but these dont kick in quick enough even set @ 1 minute, what i am looking for is a piece of software preferably free, that will lock out other users on entering windows, and allow my mum to use the pc

    thanks.

    regards

Normally you would use Poledit which is on the 98 cd to change it so you have to log onto the machine and you cant just press escape.
The is a crude GUI registry editing tool that sys admins use to "try" and lock down a 95/98 machines. Im sure other more friendly packages like tweak UI will give you this option as well.

    USE WITH CAUTION
