    Paint Shop Pro 8 crashes when Cropping in Vista 64

    Only found this out lately, and I keep forgetting to ask if anyone knows the fix.

    PSP8 is rock solid (so far) in all other areas of Vista64, but if I use it to Crop.. it freezes and needs Task Manager to close it.
    Any idea chaps?

    hey, I have issues with relearning stuff chaps !

    PSP 7 was in my opinion easier than PSP8.. going to PSP10 means I gotta start over again.. .I only need it for basic editing

    Got the latest patch from the Corel website? Don't know whether it's a known problem that has been fixed or not, as there's no change logs or anything any more.

    Other than that, try Paint.NET. It's one of the easier to use free options.
