    If a program crashes.... and Windows doesn't see it as crashed...

    ... and then you close it by force.. Cntrl Alt Delete and Application and End Task....

    why do certain programs ALWAYS need a reboot? A full, power down.. on a lap top.

    And why do certain email systems not allow you to scroll through say 50 or 60 emails with the Next key without always locking up...? unless.. you.. go.. really... slowly... leaving... a couple....of.... seconds.....between.... clicks... of .... the.... next .... button?

    In short... why does Lotus Notes exist?

    It's like a wasp... yellow... irritating... with no obvious purpose or benefit....

    Gah, Notes! The bane of my life in a previous job - they switched to Exchange / Outlook within about a month of me leaving. Gits!

    Sorry, to be vaguely useful, the upshot of my experience is "Stop using Notes as quickly as possible. Seriously."
