Cant uninstall programs

Clicking add or remove programs in Win XP does nothing, I switch to classic mode and its not there , Any ideas? I need to remove SP2...

if you have a custom skin set, change back to the default xp Luna skin

I was having this prob before SP2, May be due to the virus's I had but dunno for sure

Certain 'dodgy' copys of XP that floated around the net had a corrupt file in it which caused this exact bug.
Im sure thats not the cause though... obviously....
