    Unless there was a piece of hardware connected in line with your power connection, software wouldn't give anything like an accurate reading and I doubt there is any. For reasonable accuracy get one of those in-line power meters like this: http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?...8343&doy=27m6D

    It is a shame those Maplin devices have no data logging ability. However if you have a UPS most of them can monitor the status of your line, and you can use that along with a data logger on your computer.

    Yeah you could probably find something similar with data logging but I reckon it would cost a fair bit.

    You could have a look at an Owl power monitor - they do a USB interface for it so you can hook it up to a PC/Laptop.....
