Kaspersky Activation Problem
I recently installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 on a new system and it kept reporting that definitions were obsolete. I realised that the computer date was wrong and since I changed it Kaspersky is now telling me that the key or date is wrong and won't let me update or activate it. It will let me activate a trial version or buy a new one. I got an activation key from the website that is supposed to give me full use of the product but it didn't work. Feels like £15 has gone straight down the toilet and kaspersky thinks it's illegal to change the date on your PC.
Anyone know what might be going on?
Thanks :)

Have you tried removing the product and doing a re-install. Also KIS 2010 is now available so you might as well go with that, your exisiting key should work.

Re: Kaspersky Activation Problem
Did you just delete Kaspersky from the add/remove section?? As there is a program on the Kaspersky site that will remove all traces of the program. Also what key do you have? Is it for just Kaspersky or the internet security version?
