    W7 trial to full?

    Hello everyone!

I currently have installed the Windows 7 (Enterprise) 180-day trial with Windows 7 (Home Premium) on pre-order.

When my copy of Windows arrives will I be able to enter the new key and carry on using as normal or will I need to format?

    Thanks

Think about it, the key for 7 Home Premium would be different to that of Enterprise.

    Re: W7 trial to full?

Yeah, as its a downgrade really from what you are using. I think you could go from Home Premium to Enterprise though ... ?

    Re: W7 trial to full?

A reinstall is always best for Windows swaps/upgrades IMO - it's not like it's hard or takes that long and you have a fresh install at the end - don't be lazy .
