    Question Mozilla Thunderbird

Ive installed this on my Ubuntu toting laptop assuming that it would allow me to access my email without having to go onto hotmail and do it, however its not really been plain sailing and i cant get it too run - can you even use hotmail accounts with it ???
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.

    Re: Mozilla Thunderbird

from Windows Live Hotmail Help (http://mail.live.com/mail/HelpPane.a....com&format=b1):

    POP3 settings

POP3 is a way to receive the e-mail messages in your Hotmail Inbox on other devices or services (for example, on your mobile phone, in an e-mail program on your computer, or in a different e-mail service). You don’t need to change any Hotmail settings, but the mobile phone, e-mail program, or service may need you to enter your Hotmail POP3 settings when you're adding your Hotmail account.

    Hotmail POP3 settings:

    Incoming POP server: pop3.live.com
    Incoming POP mail port: 995
    POP SSL required: Yes
User name: Your Windows Live ID (for example: example555@hotmail.com)
password: The password you use to sign in to Hotmail
    Outgoing SMTP server: smtp.live.com
Outgoing SMTP mail port: 25 or 587
Authentication required: Yes (your Windows Live ID and password)
TLS/SSL required: Yes (select TLS if available, if not select SSL)
You should be able to figure out where each of those goes - note, however, that POP3 generally deletes email from the server when retrieving it - I can't remember if Thunderbird has an option to stop that happening...

    Re: Mozilla Thunderbird

As Scaryjim says - however you may also want to look at Evolution, another Linux e mail client which works well with PO£ and IMAP mailbox systems.
