    QoS in Linux

Maybe someone can help me out.

I've been looking for an easy way to run a little QoS on the network traffic going through my (DHCP/DNS) server, running Fedora 10. My network bandwidth is restricted, due to the fact that I'm using HomePlugs over crappy wiring, with a great deal of interference from appliances.

I'd ideally like to manage what bandwidth is assigned to each individual client PC for upload/download. Non-IT flatmates have found out about BitTorrent (for purely legal purposes only), and don't seem to understand the concept of limited resources.

    Cheers.
