    Installing Windows 7

    Hey all

I qualify for the student deal (£30 for a Windows 7 upgrade). I have a new build and the only OS I've ever had on it is the Windows 7 RC. My question is can I install Windows 7 from the student offer, or do I need to buy the full version? I'm not fussed if I need to do a full install or anything (I don't have a lot on it that needs to be kept apart from my game saves) but I don't want to spend 30 quid only to have to fork out another 75 quid on the full version.

    Many thanks for your help

    Re: Installing Windows 7

The student offer is an upgrade license ie you need to already have a previous version of Windows installed on the computer you want to install it on.
