So, I was happily using MCEBuddy and it was converting the dvr-ms files from that format to avi and then to mp4 (for psp), however, Windows 7 records to wtv, which MCEBuddy does not fully support yet - it's still in a first stage beta.

So, does anyone have any nice automated solutions like MCEBuddy - it was brilliant to just have it sitting in the tray doing the work as it saw new files - Oh, I've the 64bit installed too...
